桂冠十分輕鬆料理。韓式泡菜豬肉炒飯


一個人生活有時候真的很懶得出去吃
                                                                               
因為光是想要吃甚麼就花很多時間 還要出門 停車 排隊 ....
                                                                               
所以這時候即食食品就是很好的選擇
                                                                               
但是即食食品的分量對我這樣一個成年男子來說還是有點不夠
                                                                               
所以今天分享一下我的加量術  保證美味不減喔
                                                                               
材料有:桂冠韓式泡菜豬肉炒飯、洋蔥半顆切碎、蔥花一大把、雞蛋一顆、
                                                                               
豬肉三片切丁、玉米粒適量、萵苣葉視需要決定、橄欖油適量


                                                                               
首先將橄欖油倒入平底鍋中 放入洋蔥


                                                                               
等洋蔥變成透明色
                                                                               
加入蔥花跟豬肉



                                                                               
拌炒到豬肉半熟  倒入少許水

                                                                               
倒扣放入桂冠韓式泡菜豬肉炒飯 能打散就打散





放入增量用玉米粒 蓋上鍋蓋 悶一兩分鐘等飯粒都變色


                                                                               
打開鍋蓋 將所有材料攪拌均勻


                                                                               
將雞蛋打入


                                                                               
繼續攪拌 如果喜歡吃半熟雞蛋的可以攪拌兩下就起鍋了


                                                                               
我比較喜歡吃乾一點的 所以煮久一點讓飯粒有點焦焦的鍋巴感覺


                                                                               
然後起鍋 盛盤
                                                                               
我喜歡口味重一點  所以會配辛香料食用  辣油 蒜片 豆瓣醬


                                                                               
原味的不加其他配料 用萵苣葉包裹炒飯 放入口中咀嚼


                                                                               
嘴裡充滿洋蔥跟玉米的甜味 蔥花的香味 雞蛋的順滑 韓國泡菜的微辣
                                                                               
溫和的口感 真是不錯
                                                                               
加點蒜頭跟豆瓣醬試試  強烈的蒜頭味 更增添炒飯的風味



生菜的清爽口感完美的中和整體的味道
                                                                               
如果奢侈一點還可以另外再加泡菜  真是享受啊~~~
